In this Linocut Printing Workshop, you will not only learn the fundamental techniques of linocut printing, but also have a chance to connect with other english speaking creatives in Vienna! This workshop is held entirely in English, creating a unique space for international and English-speaking creatives to come together, connect, and share a hands-on artistic experience. It’s more than just learning a new skill—it’s about building community, making new friends, and enjoying a fun, inspiring atmosphere where creativity knows no language barriers! You don’t need any prior experience — just curiosity.

With professional guidance, you'll be taken step by step through the entire process – from choosing a motif to carving and finally printing your unique designs.

What You’ll Learn in the Workshop:

• Basic linocut techniques, materials, and tools

• Designing and transferring your own motifs onto Softcut (rubber that's easy to carve)

• Carving time & printing your own linocut artwork – take all your prints home!

Whether you are a beginner or already have some experience with printing techniques, this workshop has something for everyone. All materials are provided, so you can fully focus on your creative process. Everyone will get individual attention and support.

About me: I’m Ágnes, and I have been creating linocut prints for five years. I want to share this accessible and rewarding printmaking technique with people who enjoy crafting. Linocut printing puts me in a flow state, allowing me to be present in the moment – and the instant gratification of the first print is pure joy! I want to share this feeling with YOU and open the doors to printmaking, where there’s plenty of room for fun and experimentation.

Important: This workshop is suitable for ages 12 and up, due to the use of sharp linocut carving tools.

• Up to 14 days before the workshop: free cancellation with a full refund.

• Less than 14 days before the workshop: no refund possible. However, you can pass your spot on to someone else.

• If you can't find anyone: I'm happy to help by putting out a call on Instagram to find a replacement.
